Leave in hot water until ready to use. In large, deep saucepan, combine cranberry juice with sugar. Tie cinnamon, cloves, allspice securely in a small cheesecloth bag. Add to mixture. Stir over high heat Bring mixture to a full rolling boil. Stir in pectin. Again bring to full rolling boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, discard cheesecloth mixture and skim foam for liquid. Ladle jelly into hot, sterilized glasses and seal.
