St Michael Paternoster Royal, church in the City of London; the nave


St Michael Paternoster Royal, church in the City of London rebuilt after the Great Fire of London (1666) by Christopher Wren and Nicholas Hawksmoor 1685-1715. Badly damaged in the war, St Michael's was rebuilt in the late 1960s, with stained glass windows by John Hayward. The centre window shows St Michael trampling Lucifer.
