Description.—Tliree specimens from the Palau Islands, two from the Marshall Islands and a single individual from the Gilbert Islands were examined. They are 20 nnn. to CO mm. in length, roughly oval in shape, and with branchial aperture at the terminal and atrial aperture opening at level of the anterior one-third of body length. Test soft, leathery but tough, rather thin in anterior part, but may reach 2 mm. in posterior part of body.
