NUUK, Greenland -- (Aug. 9, 2021Crew members assigned to the 270-foot Famous-class medium endurance cutter USCGC Escanaba (WMEC 907), stand at attention as they pass a Danish warship while the crew pulls into port for Operation Nanook. The Coast Guard is again participating with Partners in Operation Nanook, an annual soveriegnty operation and manuever warfare excercise conducted by the Canadian Armed Forces in the Arctic.
