The guided-missile destroyer USS Winston S. Churchill (DDG 81) cuts through the Atlantic Ocean, Sept. 6, 2019. The Winston S. Churchill is underway as part of a Commander, 2nd Fleet ordered sortie ahead of Hurricane Dorian, which is forecasted to bring high winds and heavy rain to the East Coast.
