Republic of Vietnam Vice President Nguyen Cao Ky is greeted at Marine Air Base, Chu Lai, by Lieutenant General Hoang, Xuan Lam, the commanding general of I Corps Tactical Zone. Also present were Lt. Gen. Robert Cushman Jr., commanding general of III Marine Amphibious Force, and Major General S. W. Koster, commanding general of the American Division, United States Army on December 28, 1967.
