Col. Miguel Torres, the Texas National Guard Joint Counterdrug Task Force Coordinator, thanks his staff for their hard work and dedication to the 30-year program in a gathering March 14 at Camp Mabry in Austin, Texas. The JCDTF program supports law enforcement agencies throughout the state of Texas to detect, interdict and disrupt drug trafficking and manufacturing utilizing military skill sets as force multipliers to fill the gaps.
