SITUATION: Rare au Nouveau-Brunswick et au Québec. Peut-être déracinée au Delaware; menacée d'extinction en Caroline du Nord; menacée au Wiscon- sin; rare au Maryland et au Vermont. REMARQUES: Il s'agit d'une espèce aquatique de taille relativement petite qui passe facilement inaperçue et qui est peut-être plus commune que ne le laissent croire les renseignements dont nous disposons actuellement.
