Private First Class William L. Martin, III and his father, First Sergeant William L. Martin, reunite at Chulai Airfield's defense center during the Vietnam War. Both are members of the 2nd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, with 1st Sgt. Martin being a 25-year veteran and recipient of the Silver and Bronze Stars.
