Dante Aguilera started working at Grissinopoli more than 30 years ago. At the beginning he was a non qualified worker and thanks to his willingness 3 years later he became Foreman. Now he is in charge of maintenance department. Every day, he leaves his home at 3:30 am and come back at 8pm. He says about his life, "my life is to work. I am not afraid of any kind of work"
