Messlords “Panini” Pete Plohme, Sikey Vlahos, and Celina Tio mentored NBK culinary specialists on an assortment of advanced cooking techniques, which helped them prepare an array of world-class dishes. Navy Entertainment sponsored the chefs’ visit.
