Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester gives presents the Public Service Commendation to Ms. Jacquelyn Hamilton, a Delaware native, on March 13, 2017. Hamilton was recognized for saving the life of a woman on a passenger vessel on June 11, 2016. While underway, a passenger began to suffer from fainting spells and soon collapsed. Ms. Hamilton quickly alerted the captain of the vessel to head back to port and she then performed CPR, ultimately saving the woman's life.
