Chief Warrant Officer two Sean Johnson, Chief Warrant Officer Two Eric Wells, Sgt. William Ebel and Spc. Todd Marchese were part of the successful medevac of eight German commandos in the vicinity of Konduz, Afghanistan. This crew has already received the German Gold Cross of Honor for Bravery. They are four of 14 foreigners to have ever received this award.
