Canon XVII amended to read— Section i. Private and Parish Registers.—Each Clergyman of thisDiocese shall keep a Register of all Baptisms, Confirmations, Marriagesand Funerals within his Parish or Cure, specifying the names of the per-sons in each instance, etc. See Journal 1887, page 34. Sec, 3. Parochial Reports.—Each Clergyman shall report to the Bishop,at least two weeks before the meeting of each Annual Council, all of hisofficial acts from the close of his last report up to and including April 30th,preceding the Annual Council, and all information concerning the state ofhis Parish or Cure, according to the following form. He shall also specifyhis official acts outside of his Cure. Note.—The form of Parochial Report was also amended by insertingafter Diocesan Missions, Relief Fund, Students Aid Fund, and ChurchBuilding Fund.
