Machine for grinding the concrete along the edge of newly laid tram rails. This is to ensure there is no concrete protruding higher than the rail surface. The unit was partly dis-assembled and would normally have a dust cover and water hose connected for dust prevention. It was about to be lifted and removed with the pallet truck.
