Marines assigned to Fleet Antiterrorism Security Team – Central Command (FASTCENT) operate an M240 Machine Gun during Exercise Bright Star in vicinity of Mohamed Naguib Military Base, Egypt, Sept. 11, 2018. FASTCENT, a scalable force that provides expeditionary security capabilities to the CENTCOM region, is participating in the multilateral exercise to enhance regional security and develop partner nation relations in order to collectively address threats.
