A cased percussion pistol, Vannod in Lausanne, circa 1850 Heavy, rifled octagonal barrel in 8 mm calibre, recessed muzzle and patent breechblock. Comes with a spare barrel of the same calibre, one barrel with a modern, the other with a damaged nipple. Percussion lock with set trigger. Walnut half stock with iron furniture. One barrel, cock and flash guard as well as parts of the furniture slightly pitted in places. Length 39 cm.
