FORT WORTH, Texas (Feb. 6, 2019) Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Misty Chapa, assigned to Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base Security Forces, assesses Master-at-Arms Seaman Mack Mobley during an active shooter drill as part of exercise Solid Curtain/Citadel Shield. Solid Curtain/Citadel Shield is an anti-terrorism and force protection exercise conducted by Navy installations within the continental United States to ensure that the Navy is ready to respond to changing and dynamic threats at all times.
