Beautiful va- rieties, with handsome variegated foliage; choice mixed 25 5284 Vernon. This variety is distinguished by the splendid coloring of its foliage and flowers. When young, the leaves are green, but they change after being exposed to the sun into a very deep red with metal- lic hue. The bright orange-carmine flowers contrast beautifully with the foliage. It is very effective for bedding in masses, being covered â with bloom from May until late in the autumn, and, if potted, will continue to flower throughout the winter.
