Tony Buzan (born 1942), British author and educational consultant. Buzan lectures and writes on mind and memory techniques, such as mind mapping. A mind map is at centre left. Buzan is the author of numerous books on the mind and memory, including five BBC books based on his 1970s TV series. The poster at top refers to the Festival of the Mind, an annual event co-founded by Buzan in 1995. Buzan also founded or co-founded the World Memory Championships (1991) and the Mind Sports Olympiad (1997).
