LARES, Puerto Rico, Feb. 24, 2018--Terry Certer and David Lopez from the Voluntary Ministers of Bayamon teach survivors how to create renewable energy at low cost in the remote town of Castaner. Also at the event were various non-profit organizations who helped the community with legal assistance, distribution of commodities and other orientations.
