In the field in Sohrab Goth (Karachi) is an Afghan refugee settlement of more than 10,000 illegal immigrants. Many from this community suffer from malnutrition and other mental and physical disabilities. Here, Dr. Pfau is seen conselling a blind girl and boy in their home at the settlement close where one of the MALC centres is located.
