TUCSON, Ariz. – Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents from the Ajo Station arrested a previously-deported MS-13 gang member Sunday night near Lukeville. Agents arrested David Lopez-Paz, a 38-year-old Mexican national, for illegally entering the United States. During processing, agents conducted a records check on Lopez-Paz and learned he is affiliated with the MS-13 gang and served more than 100 days in jail for a previous arrest on criminal immigration violations.
