YOKOSUKA, Japan (October 30, 2018) - Machinist's Mate 2nd Class Jaeger Shaffstall relays messages via a sound powered telephone while being evaluated by members of the Afloat Training Group Pacific during a main space fire drill aboard 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19.) Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy, and as 7th Fleet command ship, is responsible for patrolling and fostering relationships within the Indo-Asia Pacific Region.
