Francine Niyonsaba (BDI after her win in the 800m during Athletissima 2016, Stade de la Pontaise, IAAF, Diamonds League. Her time in Lausanne: 1:57,71 In an interview after the race she said: "I am very happy with my time today. I'm still a bit tired from Rio but the energy of the crowd helped me greatly. Its my first time running in Lausanne, I am really excited to be here and I enjoyed the race. Now I will train for a few days and wait for the next Diamond League race".
