Members of the chinese Colla Xiquets de Hangzhou are seen during the reception that has offered them the Foreign Ministry of the Government of Catalonia in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter. Xiquets de Hangzhou are a chinese group of castellers (in catalan people who build human towers) of the city of Deqing north of Hangzhou, East China. It was created on the initiative of the Chinese textile employer Qian Anhua, who discovered the Catalan tradition of the castellers in a trip to Catalonia the year 2009 and decided to import it to his textile colony as a social activity for the workers of the company. The Xiquets de Hangzhou have traveled to Catalonia for take part to the Tarragona Human Tower Competition that will be held next saturday and where for first time will participate a foreign group.
