PACIFIC OCEAN (July 12, 2022) - Navy Boatswain’s Mates Daniel Robinson (Left) and Lavonta Staggers (Right), assigned to amphibious transport dock USS Anchorage (LPD 23), attach a knuckle boom crane hook onto an 11-meter rigid hull inflatable boat prior to a maritime interception operation exercise aboard Anchorage, July 12. The 13th MEU is currently embarked aboard the Anchorage, conducting routine operations in 3rd Fleet.
