Rebecca Rotolo, a communication specialist with RC-East’s Task Force Med, from a rooftop during a vehicle and building extraction training exercise at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo, July 6, 2022. In the training scenario, Rotolo was extracted from a rolled-over SVU, evacuated to a building’s rooftop and hoisted into a UH-60 Black Hawk.
