St Michael's Church, Llanfihangel Dinsylwy, Anglesey, Wales, UK, looking ENE to Puffin Island, Conwy Bay & Great Ormes Head. The nave & chancel are mainly early C15th but the W end was rebuilt in 1855: an early C14th bell inscribed with a cross & SANTA MARIA in Lombardic capitals hangs in the reconstructed bellcote. The church stands in an isolated position below the E end of the Bwrdd Arthur limestone plateau & the ramparts of Din Silwy Iron Age hillfort. The slate headstones are carved & inscribed on the E fronts facing the church.
