Long White Vienna, or Lady Finger. —One of the finest varieties of this class; grows as long as the Long Scarlet; both flesh and skin are pure snow white, crisp and tender, and of very rapid growth. A favorite market variety and very salable. * Peroz., 10 cts.; X lb., 20 cts.; lb., 60 cts. ^Non Plus Ultra.—This is of turnip shape of fine round form, bright scarlet color, of tender flesh and delicate flavor.
