Bangkok's mayor, Chadchart Sittipunt, flying the Love, Equality, Peace flag as Asia's longest Pride Parade makes its way across Asok, Sukhumvit


Bangkok concluded Pride Month with the Love Pride Parade 2024 on June 30 afternoon, celebrating its status as the first ASEAN nation to legalize same-sex marraige. Organized with the support of the government, public agencies and over 100 private corporations, the parade touted as the longest in Asia, covered a 6-kilometer route through central Bangkok, from the National Stadium (Supachalasai Stadium), through Rama 1 Road, passing through areas such as Pathumwan, Siam, Ratchaprasong, Phloen Chit, Asok, and Sukhumvit, ending at Benchasiri Park (Sukhumvit Road).
