Recruits of Charlie Company, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, conduct single leg bridges during a strength and endurance course at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, April 20. Each of the exercises lasted for approximately one minute, and recruits complete the course during week two and week eight of training. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Charlie Company is scheduled to May 20.
