The 100th Troop Command's more than 2,000 soldiers welcomed a new commander today, as Col. Robert T. Woolridge II took the reins from Col. Richard A. Rabe, who will now head to the Army War College. Brig. Gen. Mark G. Malanka also spoke and took part in the ceremony at Joint Forces Training Base Los Alamitos, where 100th soldiers who fulfill a wide variety of roles and specialties saluted the new boss.
