Nov. 28, 1789, was author of Emersons North American arithmetics and spelling books, and instructor in Boa-ton schools. The Corson Family came to Hampstead about fifty yearsago from Lebanon, Me., their grandparents being Danieland Bathsubah (JMills) Corson, whose son was Nathaniel, whomarried Mary, daughter of Benjamin and Nancy (Remick)Fernald. Tlie}^ had cliildren: I. Avender, b. Feb. 17. 1830, m. Laura A., daughter of Thomas R. and Abigail (Little) Wheeler. Their children: Ella Viola, b
