Derelict and rusty ventilator house made of corrugated steel on the roof of a processing plant for seal- and whale oil. Brandal in Norway
Seal fat was refined to become oil used as food. It came into margarine and cooking oil, and several cosmetic products. Seal hunting was a business of Brandal from early in the nineteen hundreds until only a few are left in 2020. The oil is now still more refined and is benevolent for a huge array of ailments. It is more Omega-saturated than fish liver oil, and is tasteless.
