Soldiers from the 2nd Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, Battle Group Poland, conduct Strength Training Circuit (STC) on April 5, 2017. STC produces a total-body training effect for the development of strength and mobility. The 2nd Cav. Regt., is currently deployed to Orzysz, Poland for six months in support of NATO's Enhanced Forward Presence (eFP). NATO's eFP is an allied, forward deployed defense and deterrence posture in Eastern Europe to protect and reassure NATO's Eastern member states of their security.
