Hsemaphlebia atripalpis, n. sp. (5". Head and thorax white faintly tinged with brown and irrorated with black ; palpi black, pectus and legs brown ; abdomen brown, the base white irrorated with black, the anal tut't whitish with two black streaks. Foie wing white tinged with brown and irrorated with black especially on the veins of medial area, the veins of terminal area with slight red streaks ; a slight waved black subbasal line from eosta to vein 1; a waved black antemedial line; a small black discoidal lunule with diffused bar above it from costa and a diffused blackish patch on middle of inner margin ; postmedial line black, oblique from eosta to vein 6, then minutely dentate, defined by white on outer side with diffused fuscous beyond.
