The Coast Guard District Fourteen Commander, Rear Adm. Michael Day, gives remarks at the USCGC Sequoia (WLB 215) change of command ceremony on July 15, 2022, aboard the cutter moored at Naval Base Guam. Lt. Cmdr. Linden Dahlkemper relieved Cmdr. Ryan Adams, as the USCGC Sequoia (WLB 215) commanding officer. Adams is headed to the Fourteenth District staff.
