295,000 sq ft office development located at 197 Blackfriars Road, Bankside, London, SE1. It consists of a tilted ground-scraping base which cantilevers six metres above ground, two upper boxes with a fully glazed facade, and a recessed office block facing toward an external terrace. The interior elements for the 2 floors occupied by London Development Agency (LDA) were fitted by Sheppard Robson's ID:SR.
