FORT BENNING, Ga. -- The Fort Benning Survivor Outreach Services hosted its annual Spouses Recognition Brunch April 7 at the Benning Club. The Gold Star Spouses Day is April 5 across the country every year to recognize the sacrifices made by the surviving spouses of fallen service members.
