Monumental relief 'Bretschneider's Ear' (Bretschneiderovo ucho) carved by Czech sculptor Radomír Dvořák (2005) in the abandoned quarry near Lipnice nad Sázavou in Vysočina Region, Czech Republic. The relief is one of the three relieves forming the National Monument of Spying (Národní památník odposlechu) located in three nearby quarries. Police agent Bretschneider was one of the characters of the famous satirical novel The Good Soldier Švejk by Czech novelist Jaroslav Hašek, who spent last months of his life and died in Lipnice nad Sázavou.
