OAK HARBOR, Wash. (Feb. 7, 2019) Naval Air Station (NAS) Whidbey Island Federal Fire and Emergency Services Department personnel carry an injured bystander to a nearby ambulance while participating in a drill scenario for the anti-terrorism exercise Citadel Shield-Solid Curtain (CS/SC) on Whidbey Island. CS/SC is an anti-terrorism and force protection exercise conducted to ensure that the Navy is ready to respond to changing and dynamic threats at all times.
