Walnut Street Baptist Church Louisville, beautiful edifice erected for the Walnut Street Baptist Church, Louisville, Kentucky, is situatedin a central and commanding situation. Its architecture is Gothic, the dimensions are one hundredand twenty feet hy sixty-four, and it has a spire two hundred and forty feet high. Including theground on which it stands, its cost was nearly forty thousand dollars. Its pulpit is at present veryably filled hy the Rev. W. W. Everts, from New York. 219
