CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait — Sgt. 1st Class Dale Marino of Detachment 1 (Mortuary Affairs), 962nd Quarter Master Company, 9th Mission Support Command, Army Reserve, currently with the 38th Sustainment Brigade, leads his group during a haka battle to commemorate the Asian American, Pacific Islander Heritage Month on May 26. After an hour of practice in the morning heat, the group demonstrate their personalized haka war cry with cut, vigorous body slaps, protruding tongues and loud chants.
