Jim Keirsey, addresses 2nd Battalion (The Rock), 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade in Vicenza, Italy April 4, 2018, before commencing a unique PT event on Caserma Del Din. The 173rd Airborne Brigade is the Army's Contingency Response Force in Europe, providing rapid forces to the United States European, Africa and Central Commands areas of responsibilities.
