An honor guard detail from the 130th Airlift Wing lines up prior to presenting the colors for the opening ceremony of the Special Olympics West Virginia held June 1, 2018 at Haddad Riverfront Park in Charleston, West Virginia. More than 120 West Virginia National Guard Soldiers and Airmen will assist the Special Olympics West Virginia organization June 1 through 3, 2018 with set-up, logistics, event volunteers and other services.
