Police Dog Finn, a courageous police dog, with handler PC Dave Wardell, appears at a photocall in Westminster with his PDSA Gold Medal, known as the animals' George Cross, for his bravery and devotion. The 10 year old German Shepherd sustained near-fatal stab wounds when helping to apprehend an armed suspect whilst on duty, protecting the life of his handler PC Dave Wardell.
