Mr. Ashcraft continued in the prosecution of a growing practiceat Vandalia until 1887, in April of that year removing to Chicago andassociating himself with Thomas and Josiah Cratty, under the firmname of Cratty Brothers and Ashcraft. On June i, 1891, he with-drew from that partnership and formed the firm of Ashcraft and Gor-don. In 1900 he associated himself in practice with his sons, RaymondM. Ashcraft and Edwin M. Ashcraft, Jr., adopting the firm name ofAshcraft and Ashcraft. B
