NAVAL AIR FACILITY MISAWA, Japan (March 24, 2011) – Edina Toyoki, a volunteer with the Misawa Pet Kennel, walks a pair of Jack Russell terriers belonging to family members who voluntarily departed Naval Air Facility Misawa. The kennel, along with volunteers, is prepared to help service members take care of their pets , while their families are stateside during the voluntary departure.
