The plant is but 20 to 24 inches high, stiffly erect and marvelously productive, bear- ing numerous great clusters of immense fruits resembling Ponderosa in size and color (rich purplish-crimson), but smoother and more regular in outline and a few days earlier. The fruits have few seeds and are filled with solid meat of unequaled flavor.
